We have two meeting halls – Pragyalayam (66 ft x 32 ft) and Satyam (38 ft x 20 ft) with facilities for conferences and meetings.
Open Lawns- Ideal for social functions, conferences etc. 1) Main lawn: 14,100 sq ft
2) Adjacent to dining hall: 12,000 sq ft (150 ft x 80 ft)
3) Children Park Area: 5850 sq ft - Ideal for hosting birthday parties.



Large Banquet Hall (66 ft x 32 ft)
This is a large air conditioned pillarless banquet hall in the first floor with a view of the landscaped lawn. The hall opens out to a small terrace for serving tea, coffee etc during break time. In theatre style it can easily accommodate 150 persons. It is ideal for corporate meetings, club meeting, social get-togethers, pravachan and talk shows, etc.

Pragyalayam Layout



Conference Room (38 ft x 20 ft)
Classically styled, it is functional for holding breakout sessions, corporate do's, lunch buffets, workshops and seminars.

This is a compact airconditioned room where meetings up to 40 persons can be easily held. It is ideal for board committee meetings, group discussions etc.

Outdoor Conference Venues



A large green landscaped lawn overlooking the Vaibhargiri mountain range; it can hold functions of up to 800 persons. This space will be available for functions only when the entire Retreat is booked by the group. This is ideal for destination weddings, social functions like birthday and anniversary celebrations etc.

Area- 14,100 sq ft



Another large landscaped garden adjacent to Dining Hall. The large landscaped lawn surrounded by lush green trees and plants is adjacent to the dining area and is ideal for holding lunch, high tea and dinner functions – both social and business, for up to 400 persons. In keeping with the serene environment of the Veerayatan campus, we discourage loud music. However, functions with light music, etc can be held.

Area- 12,000 sq ft



At the one end of the Retreat we have an outdoor children park with play equipment like swing, slides, seesaw etc. We allow the venue to be used for kid’s birthday parties.
